Job Qualification Requirements:
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT: Must have a Bachelor of Science (BS) or Bachelor of Arts (BA) Degree.
WORK EXPERIENCE: Must have at least 120 months or 10 years of works experience as a Business Operation Manager;

(1) Plan, direct, and manage the operations of the company's multiple line of business, including but not limited to; (a) hotel/guest house business; (b) recreational facility business; (c) laundromat business; and (d) commercial space/apartment rental business (e) LP Gas business. (2) Formulate policies, and direct operations of each department, plan the use of materials and human resources. (3) Oversee the day-to-day processes and operations of each department to ensure that they run smoothly and align with the company's core objectives.
